Customer Service and Returns

Shirts typically ship within 2-3 weeks via U.S. Postal Service, depending on what we have in stock. We make every attempt to get your goodies to you faster than that, but we are often reprinting one or more designs.

Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail & Global First Class Mail from Seattle, USA. Shipping within the U.S.A. typically takes 2-4 days.

Customs & traversing oceans can sometimes add 1-4 weeks to an international order. If for some reason your order has not arrived after a month, a great place to start is by calling your local post office and checking to see if they have a package on hold for you.

We cannot control what happens after we mail your order, but we are happy to tell you what we know and offer some hints. If an order seems to have legitimately been lost in the mail, we can usually replace it.

Make sure you email the burgers before you return anything. We need to know what to do with your package when it arrives.

Did you change your mind on your order?

If you changed your mind after receiving your order (it was too big or too small, would rather have a different design), you can mail the shirt back to the address above. You'll pay for the return shipping yourself. We will send you out a new shirt to fit your needs once the original shirt is returned. Please email us first, as this costs us a few extra dollars to do a second mailing for one order.

Did you receive the wrong items?

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong shirt or an item is missing, by all means, let us know. This rarely happens, but if it does, we want to know about it! First, email the burgers and let us know what you received, and what you actually ordered. We'll mail you the correct shirt right away. Please mail the incorrect shirt back to us and we will refund the postage to you. We recommend returning shirts via First Class Mail with a tracking number.
