   LOL! That was so funny and sweet. The llamas are all “sniff teh bebbeh” until mama comes, then they hustle off. But when she turns her back they run to sniff the baby some more.
   I adore (peaceful) interspecies interaction. <3

    Llamas actually make GREAT sheep-dogs, er… sheep-watchers…. We have friends who have 2 llamas instead of sheep dogs. They are very protective of baby lambs and actually will stay with a lambing ewe until she’s safely delivered. I love seeing this with a tapir, too. They must just have a thing for little animals!

    I mean… o hai. Llamas makin gud mamas! (er something)
