   It’s not just it’s eye that looks like has blood on it. Look at the right hand corner of it’s mouth. When I commented on this over on the Daily Squee someone made the comment that persians eyes weep and that’s what this is. I’ve been around persians most of my life and I’d NEVER seen red eye discharge or any eye discharge that was all over the mouth area. But a bit of web searching brought up that it’s a sign on conjuntivitis.

       My Long-haired cat has reddish discharge from her eye, which is chronic. Vet cannot help it, but it is also harmless. They should do a better job at cleaning this kitten’s face though.
