these kids are just tempting snacks

  2. Widdershins says:

These videos aren’t funny or cute — There should be a 5 foot buffer (in addition to the glass) between the Big Cats and the viewing public.

  3. Jim says:

@ Widdershins: Calm down, amigo. The kids aren’t in any danger.

  4. No big bad wolf says:

Most of the ones with the lions pawing the glass just look like my cat does when there’s another cat outside and she’s curious. Those animals are bored stiff – the kids reacting like that is probably the most fun they have all day.

  5. Anne says:

A life lesson in personal space.

@Widdershins, in the Louisiana Zoo, the animals actually missed the people after the hurricane. They get accustomed to “taunting” and like being watched.

    Pitiful excuse for human entertainment.

just kidding, it was hilarious. i liked the one with abigail where she just stands there laughing while the lion tries to eat her

  9. HI.
I liked all videos but most liked by me is the video where Lion tries to kill her but still girl was laughing.

  10. Valentine says:

Stupid animals. To prove we are you’re superior we keep you in cages and our children laugh at you.

All the videos with the lions pawing at the glass aren’t videos of them trying to ‘eat’ or ‘kill’ anyone. They’re bored and having fun, that’s a curious, playful behavior. I admit, that keeping animals in enclosures isn’t nice. But if they have to be, then at least they get to interact with the humans and have a bit of fun while they’re at it. Besides, they were most likely born in captivity and wouldn’t survive out on their own for very long at all. So in some cases, it’s not all that bad of a thing.
