      Mine too! My cats dare me to scold them for anything. Maybe if we spoke in a foreign language? Was it Russian or Italian? Either way, I liked the sound of his voice.

        Russian. He was saying “Oh, how terrible! What a nightmare!” And to the cat: “Maybe you did this?” (I always find that Russian works best for scolding. At least with my dog, anyway. I thought German might work better, but what can you do?)

      Hey guys, here’s a bit oftranslation from Russian to English for you all:

      “What is… For horror. Nightmare…” This is what he says while looking at the windowsill. After this point, I believe he is directly addressing the cat by name, but I can’t make out the rest of what he says.

      Mai kittehs walk all ovar meh- cuz dey can >.<

    It’s even funnier if you watch the whole thing on YouTube – there’s no cut, so it’s very clear that there are two cats. The one on the couch is purring up a storm while the one on the shelf hopes no one notices him.

    And when you think about it, maybe that’s what happened – the couch cat did it, but the shelf cat knows he’s going to get blamed while couch cat acts all innocent and unconcerned. Reminds me of growing up with my brother – he wasn’t scared of getting in trouble, but I was, so I wound up doing all his chores just so there wouldn’t be any yelling!

    This is horrible!!!!!!!! He hurt the cat when he cut away in the video thats why the cat is so scared and “guilty” they should just call this cowering cat. Wtf people use your common sense cats are not people and feel & show guilt like people. This cat was abused and then video taped for your entertainment.

    I’ve been visiting the “long” version a few times in the last days (I also hope this is not an abused cat — the other cat is very purry) . . . but today only the first second of it is playing. It’s a Hungarian site, I think: is the glitch on their end?
