I have CFS, and it is a lot more serious than simple fatigue. I’m not going to jump on the ‘I’m so offended’ soapbox, but this does rather fail to be funny.

There have been some serious fails in the lols today. Hopefully the editors will realize that. Sure, any joke might go south, but whatever care they normally take was either absent or didn’t work the way it should. Hopefully things will improve.
As for CFS, there’s at least seven known forms now. Hopefully that will lead to better diagnosis and – insofar as is possible – better treatment.
I agree. I have CFS and it is not something to make jokes about. Please don’t taint my Lolcatz by making fun of something that really sucks. : (
I’ve had CFS since around Thanksgiving of 1981 — several years before they had a name for it, and I’m not offended. Indeed I’ve often said that one bad thing about it is when your cat(s) think *you* spend too much time resting . . .
