My thoughts go out to your family and to the lab Lab, Fleep. It is so very hard to lose a dear one – my older sister and her husband had to do the same with their older collie. So much arthritis in her hips that she couldn’t walk, could barely even stand up.
I saw a post on FB a couple days ago, as well – my younger sister’s pet rabbit crossed the bridge while she was at work. Had had him for nearly five years.
The d’Beaker Lab will have a bunneh to chase (but not catch) up there….
