Yay Mitts! Just keep adding 10% on your weekly long run. You should also be doing a couple short runs during the week. Don’t try to run fast on your long run. It’s the time on your feet that matters. You might look at books by Jeff Galloway for training advice. He has a nice marathon plan. But I’m not sure about the half. Consider a 10k race about a month before your half to get “racing” experience. You’re awesome.
