My sister made one for her cat using a $5 pump and a ceramic planter pot. Her cat, Bear, drinks all the time now.
Also try filtered water (or buy just one bottle of water at the store to try and see it they like it better.) I cat sit for Nikolai Niklovich who never drank water out of his bowl but guzzled my glass of bottled water. My cats won’t drink tap water because of the chlorine or whatever chemical the city puts in it (they smell it better than me).
