It’s funny, my family cat passed away last year..and my dog STILL to this day sleeps in the small cat bed as opposed to the larger, fluffier one made for her. Whether it’s out of respect for her old friends spirit, or fear that the cat will come back from the dead and haunt her.. i don’t know. Still, it made me laugh to see this photo.

The funniest part about this is the dog often chooses the smaller bed. My dog has a full-size bed for herself and she always tries to lay on the little round cat bed. Often while a cat is already there. That’s okay though. My three kitties get to lay on the human beds <3
