I started the process of ordering this, for my sister in the US. My billing address / where I live = Europe. Your form won’t let me submit anything but US information. Thus I cannot purchase. Very annoying.

I’m also disappointed about the billing address. I can easily arrange shipping, but the insistence on a US billing address and the limited time of availability make this impossible to buy. Shame – I really wanted that T-shirt.

I apologize that we do not yet have store support for international orders. With these limited-edition shirts that include free US ground shipping, we can not launch internationally until both our factory and our payment systems have been confirmed. We do support international shipping at LOLMart (http://LOLMart.com) which has some of our classic shirts.
I think the shirt is symbolizing what people’s definition of a cat has been over the years.
Either that or whoever made it just went from biggest to smallest.

Please make the same designs available when you do get this sorted out. And please consider at least moving one step forward by either extending the offer or by allowing international billing. While I can understand why some merchants may not want to ship, I honestly can’t see any real justification for not permitting overseas billing, and not having this last long enough to let us use concierge services.
I’ve worked individually with a few people who volunteered to test getting overseas billing, but I can’t get properly confirmed international address information, so orders risk getting canceled.
The best option now is that if you have a verified PayPal account then the payment method is guaranteed, and you should be able to ship to a US address without issues.

We’re working on it. I did notice a few orders were processed to companies that specialize in automatic overseas shipping. That means a few customers must have found a way to get some shirts shipped to them.
Our main store, http://lolmart.com does have items which (I am told) can be shipped overseas, so you should go there to browse our inventory. We have Happy Cat and Lolrus stuffed plush in-stock! http://www.lolmart.com/plushtoys.html
The companies that specialise in automatic overseas shipping often provide a work-round for the billing address, but many of them need three working days notice. Your front page advert for this product still says that it’s available for “one day only”. We also have to pay for the use of the billing address – is that really fair?
Oh, and, oh, yeah…..
