oh dear the horrror of litterbox issues. I have not read all the comments, so if this a repeat, please keep reading onward.
Have you tried bring Dini’s (lightly soiled) litter box into the room Sarah is in? Most kitties will smell another’s you-know and then try to mark the box with thier “scent.” That will get her in to the box. Also try laying plastic (garbage bag or shopping bag is ok) on the places she has marked to make thos areas unappealing. If Sarah is in a small room, you could cover the whole floor!
