ohai LM, my Gummi is just liek Catena’s rescue kitteh. A stray kitteh hoo never wants to go out again, let me show you her!
I did TRY to put her owt… she borked my hart clawing at teh door to get back in… even after I had trapped hur in a cage, took her in a CAR, to teh V-E-T, and had hur fixt (and she wuz preggers too!)… she still wanted in! She was rubbin on me so hard she kept knokking hurself off hur own feets. Ifinkso she wasn’t used to hardwud floors either

{{{lunarmommy}} Mai orinj boi was a stray who knows its better inside. He used to sleep on car hoods to stay warm when it rained. I do miss the kitty prints on my car!
Friends of ours took in an outdoor cat when they moved, and she is fine indoors also. It depends on the cat I think!

fank yoo, tahts wut i wuz finking. teh lady wif teh kitteh sed her (teh kitteh) iz happy to be inside. sumtimes teh lady haz to put her owt on teh balcony (iz 2nd-flore apartmint) cawz teh kitteh iz being a pest to teh rezident bebbeh kittehs, but teh fownd kitteh just wants bakk in. so ifinkso it wuld wurk. we haz a enclosed patio (screened, an doors) i wants to fixing up for a sort-ob owtdoor kitteh playgrownd. sumtimes wen kumo wants to go owt wen himz not allowed (wen its dark) we let him go owt tehr an him seems happy wif it, sort ob.

Our newest kitty, Lincoln, was a rescue kitty. He had been an outdoor cat. He is now an indoor cat. He shows NO interest in going outside, though he does still avidly watch cat TV. He never tries to sneak out. He knows he’s got it plush now!
Sometimes I even take him on the deck, and he looks around (in my arms for a bit), then agitates to get back inside.
My friend had an outdoor feral she was feeding for nearly a year. Just got a note from her – he marched indoors during the bad weather last week, and shows no sign of wanting back out (much to the consternation of her other cat!)
My two indoor only kitties (raised that way), on the other hand – Joe has shown too much interest in slipping out. Gotta keep an eye on him!

ohai cween, no we didnt get her yet, still finking abowt it. my hubby wants owr nekst kitteh to be striktly indoors, becawz i haz had so much stress an wurry abowt kittehs being owtside. he finks a indoor kitteh has to be rayzed frum a bebbeh, i not so shur – ifinkso sum kitteh kan be turned to indoors kittehs. life gotted a bit crazy teh last fyoo weeks – my boi hoo wuz owt doing mishun wurk bekamed ill (him had teh disabling anksiety attax) an had to come home, we had sum wurries wayting to find owt if him wuld be able to stay or haf to come home, an evreefing else kind ob wented by teh wayside. i still wuld liek to getting hur; also am wayting for teh cownty shelter to call me bakk cawz i seed a kitteh taht kind ob luks liek shiro on teh website today so i called to aksing abowt it. i wuld liek to habbing three kittehs, but only if tehy stay put an not making me haz a wurry an a borkded hart.
