During one of the speeches before the game, I got the impression that the Mariners contacted ICHC and offered to have the a cheezburger night. They said that they expected to sell 200 tickets and were surprises that they sold 1200.
Maybe you could contact your local sports teams and convince them to offer a similar deal to ICHC.
