Hi,

minny fings can mayke teh problems wiff teh swarreling, aifinkso. Sumtimes is difficult 4 mii, but knot laytely, fank CC! Because of my lupus, I have a hard time with severe dryness (eyes and mouth, mainly), and it is extremely difficult to chew and swallow without enough saliva. (ai has pills dat helps my mouff make spit, though, is GRATE!). The other thing that causes swallowing problems is problems with “esophageal motility”–you can look it up if interested–not just lupus, but other things can create this problem.
