we ~~caved in~~ compromised on teh mooving bak to himz kollij town fing. insted ob mooving today, wich wuz wut him told us yesterday (!) him wanted to do, him can going up nekst week (has to anyway, for appoyntmint wif hims akademikal advisifyer), stay at my parents’ howse (tehy livs tehr), an spend sum time looking for a job. if him finds wun in a week or so him kan stay till sept. if not, him comes bak home.

Can anyone explain to me, why one would bath their *cat*?

Our family had at least ten cats of a decade of my youth. And even with them being outside half the day, they never ever were dirty!

Cats have an exeptionally good dirt protection coating on their fur. And they clean it very often, which also applies a new protection film.

By bathing them, you completely destroy that protection, which results in them becoming really dirty in the first place, and endangers their health!
And then you have to bath them again, because they now always get dirty!

Don’t you see that the only one profiting from this scam, is the company that makes the shampoo and other stuff?

It’s so perverse! Those poor cats, and those incredibly stupid humans!
