Vet doesn’t seem concerned, said if it isn’t down in a couple days to bring him in.

Are they the swim goggles with black foam around the sockets? Maybe the foam is coming apart and making you look like you have black eyes?

Perhaps new mascara which wasn’t as waterproof as you expected?

Maybe someone messed with your goggles as a (really bad) joke?

If they’re really bruises, be conscious of any other bruises you get — you may have ingested something that’s acting like a blood thinner & making you bruise more easily than usual.
