We had good luck with an electronic pet door that opened in response to a magnet on goggie’s collar (I think the brand was Power Pet but not sure); the newer models are more sophisticated aifinkso, but a clever indoor kitteh can still wait by the door while goggie is outsied adn then sneeeek thru wifakwikness when goggie comes back in…so the system isn’t kwite foolproof. Now if you could put a tag on kitteh’s collar that made the door _lock_, that might work—tho it might let the kitteh keep goggie marooned outsied onna porch! …hmmmmmm is right….
