Teh Liam and teh Zoe is teh fine, thx. Zoe is getting biggerer, but not at teh same rate that Liam was at that age (8-9 months). U could akshually SEE hims grow! They is teh getting along good still and Zoe is realizing that I’m teh one whut knoes whare teh fuds are so she comes to me moar to hang out and purr and be skritched.

Liam was up to about 15lbs and Dr. TinyV-E-T sed to feed him less. This was rite before we losed Esme and he did lose wait after. Not cause he was pining for her but a) I wasn’t leaving all kines of fuds out to tempt her capricious appetite and could regulate his intake some and 2) oncet Zoe came on board he gots lots moar exercise chasing her and being chased.

Kaspian was a stray kitteh hoo comed to me last yeer. He lubbed me and wanted me to pik hims up and he hugged mai neck. But I noed it was tempooraree. He was a wild kitteh. I tooked care of hims as best I cud. He had boo boos and wud com home injoored. He came home dis morning wif a borked leg n I knood dat he had to go to deh vet. So I wrapped hims n hims favorite towel and tooked hims. Da vet sed it was bery bery bad boo boos n tested hims 4 kitteh AIDS. He haded it. Der was nuffin I cud do. So I holded hims in his towel n he mayd biskits on my arm n purred. It was quik. N his leg did not hurted hims enny moor. He is wrapped in his towel unner deh oke tree. I will miss hims wen deh goggie n I walk-he used to comed wif us. He was my widdle revers-Kitler tuxedo-boi.

Aifinkso teh ride will seem shortur every time. She didn’t git a full ride, but combined wif teh academic scholarship it leaves us paying less than $3000.00 per year. So that’s a hyoog reeleef, and will leave quite a bit of our college savings to be converted to retirement
Cool beans! Maus Daughter got an excellent academic scholarship, but D-III schools can’t offer athletic scholarships. It ended up costing about the same as the U of D, so that was good.
Yesh, yesh, we found that DIII thing out too. Virginia Wesleyan was hre other top choice, and they did offer a good academic scholarship, but St. Andrews blew it out of the water. Another spiffy thing we found out is that you can potentially get, let’s say tutored, by the 529 college savings plans, if you go to an in-state school.
It’s funny, when Maus Daughter was looking at schools, she kept saying she didn’t want small, or private (vs. state) or southern. so of course… she chose Lynchburg
