Room temperature ginger ale (or Sprite if you don’t have the ginger ale), but ginger ale is better. Just small sips until you figure out if you can handle it. Maybe some dry toast, if you can keep it down. If those fail, you can try some PediaLyte. It comes in many flavors & will replenish your electrolytes without being as harsh as something like GatorAde or PowerAde.
