No, he nebber kin git obber da feline HIV, we jes hab tu catches him once a yeer so he kin git da shots, he been fixed, but still fites with udder kittehs, if we brings him intu haus, if he ebber bites un ub da inside kittehs, dey will get da HIV tu…he so cute, ai wishes ai culd bring him in da haus….but den ai nawt want mai inside bebbehs to git da HIV. Plus da rabies, distemper, all dat stuff. Da vet sez dat feline HIV is transmitted from catbites, to udder kittehs he may bite. But if we nawt catches him an takes him to vet ebbry year, if he gets any disease, he can die, cuz hiz immune system messed up from da HIV. Noe, dis kitteh waz heer at da haus, outside wen we move in. We feeds him for a few yeers, den he finaly letz us pets him. He got so sik dat he runs away one day, he wuz gone fur about a munth, den mai huzbin luks fur him ebbryday. Huzbin finds him down da blok, kitteh so sick, he got da mange so bad dat hiz littel eyes swollen shut, nd he wuz blind. He left to die. We haz tu lure him owt wif fuds, den haz tu catch him. He nebber been held or picked up before, and iz awl teef and claws. But we catches him…(me nd husbin had to go to ER for treetments) Da vet tells us dat cuz he has da feline HIV, dat he got da mange, but immune system culd nawt fite it. He is fat nd sassy now, but we nawt spost to let him in wif inside kittehs, in case he mite bite dem.
