Hi Cheezfrenz!
If you have an iPhone, you can download our latest app to read all our sites on the go!
This simple and easy to use app lets you pick any of our 8 sites to view. It even lets you save lolz to your iPhone so you can turn it into a wallpaper or send it to a friend! Best of all, it’s free.

Well nown fakt dat intellijent kittehs prifer nokyas. N95 version, pliz?
rather than making an iphone app so that only people with iphones can get cheez on the go, wouldn’t it have been more reasonable to just make a mobile version of the website so that anyone with a mobile web browser can see lolz on their phone? this obsession with developing “apps” for one device rather than developing more accessible websites concerns me …
True, Or maybe a J2ME App, Then everyone (Well, Most) can use it.
Just get an Iphone

How do I get it not through itunes?
Naaah you couldn’t make a Windows Mobile App?You had to do app for very small precent of people.I want it too!
Well, it makes sense to write an app for the iPhone first, as it is the #1 selling phone in the U.S. right now… http://blog.wired.com/gadgets/2008/11/iphone-outsells.html
Plus, it’s a good demographic to hit with ads, and ads are what keep these sites running.
Of course, I’m just pulling this out of my ass. Maybe the Burgers just find the iPhone code easier to write or just like the platform better… Only they can answer that.
writng applicashuns
ur doin it rite
works on ipod touch as well
Sweet
ihashappeenow! =}
YAY! The Burgerfriends so totally rock. I asked for this a couple months back (shortly after apps were possible). I’m sure I wasn’t the only one.
Thanks again, Burgers.
were iz teh blkbewi opchun!
I have a few points of feedback:
1) Yay!
2) I sometimes get non-LOL images like “Email it!”
3) It is not very friendly when you’re on a slower network. Caching images so you can go back to an image you just saw without re-downloading it would be nice. Pre-caching the next image (in either direction, if not seen yet) would also be nice, cut down on the wait time a bit. (I’d say caching at least 3-4 images maybe more, and pre-caching 1 or 2. Possibly make these things configurable.)
4) Search/tag option?
Will itz werk on ipawd tuch?
How about a G1 app?
@iaindooley:
http://www.icanlol.com/iphone/ works on all webkit-based browsers, not just iPhone.
yeah that works a treat on the web browser on my nokia e61, thanks
ai needz teh iphone aifinkso!
I like it, but what I miss is the ability to mark pictures as favourites, to be able to find them back easily from within the application without having to save them to the Photos app.
A small cache (with the ability to purge it) would be nice too.
A version for sprints instinct would be nice as well
i are filled with teh sadness
yesh… i can has ifone app… cheezburger netwerk iz bettah then lolcats app
Awesome! Add search and abilities to capshun cheez’s on the go!
Cheezburguhrz tugoe! *DRUUULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL*
I like it. However you need to shorten the name. I am very picky on how my home page looks and I had the iphone link on the front page and now it shows up as. ICanH…urger. I had ICHC before. See what I mean? Appreciate the app though. Thanks!
Would it be possible to add an email function directly from the app? A lot of times I want to share the lolz, but I’d rather not save it to my phone to do it. Possible upgrade?
Wake me up when it’s on the Android Market.
Time to wake up. There’s one on the android market.

o hai! i can has cheezburger on my HTC Touch Pro?.. O yay i can!
I was able to use the RSS Hub software on my windows mobile phone to feed the headlines from this site and it acts almost like (not entirely) the iphone app when i tab through the headlines.
I know it’s not the iphone superneato app.. but i gets my cheezburgers
Why isn’t this app available anymore? Tear….
@Kevin Funk: According to the MC Development site they took ICHC down until Apple approves the latest updates for the app. Here’s a quote from Mike @ http://www.mcdevzone.com:
“I have removed I Can Has Cheezburger from sale until Apple approves the updates, if they ever do. I’m tired of everyone bitching about it. I know that version has problems, most of which have been fixed more than a month ago in the update Apple still hasn’t approved.”
So while Mike doesn’t exactly address the issue with the greatest of eloquence, it is still good to know why they’ve taken the app down! I look forward to seeing it available again because I’ve gotten several friends interested in the app as well.
Also it seems that the reason for Apple’s rejection is because ICHC functions off of user-generated content which, according to Apple, can allow the posting of mature content and therefore the current version (and updated versions yet to be approved) requires a rating before being approved. MC Development can’t submit the required rating because of issues with the pre-3.0 OS app so a 3.0 OS version is currently underway that will absolve them of the massive issues they are having.
Apparently there will be a free version and an ad-free version that users can pay for an undisclosed fee. I would imagine that it won’t cost more than a couple of dollars.
This app is no longer in the US iTunes Store for some reason. I just checked.
megamanfan3, see the previous two posts
They have it back up!
Yes, it is back up on the App Store! Also the paid version is only .99 cents – very cheap and worth the price!
