Windows Character Map (in Accessories — System Tools). Scroll about 2/3 down in the Arial font set and you’ll find it. There’s also a numeric code you can use with your keyboard, but I don’t know that. LCB has a web site she uses.
Oncet upon a time I werked in offices where we speeked faux-faux-Fronsch (that is to say, teh reel Fronsch) so I had cheet-sheets by my keyboard. This was before teh innerwebs, u see.
