ZF, teh short vershun is: mah boyfrend wuz sik, then we thot he mite be dying, then we went to hospital, then I sprung heem, then we got marreed and he turned into Mr. Gremlin, then he went to hospital agin, then he went to even beddur hospital, then he gitted beddr in a mirakyulus turn uv eventz! *Whew!!*

Hi Frank. Welcome to ICHC! While I generally share your view on grammar (I’m actually a proofreader by trade), I find that it’s actually rather liberating to be able to come here & not be constrained by the “normal” rules. Of course, it is sometimes challenging to switch back and forth between standard English and lolspeak. It just takes practice. You’d probably be surprised at the number of people here who either write for a living or for a hobby. I suggest just leaving your ideas about grammar (and spelling, for that matter) at the door when you visit this silly website. They’ll be there waiting for you when you leave. I promise. At least mine always are…
