Ohai, elfi! Hao ar yoo? And hao is KB? A liddel whyl ago yoo sed he wuzzint aktin himself an yoo had teh wurries. . .
Oh him had a bad case of swamp-butt but him rekovrd nicely. I think he got a virus (him wuz a stressedkiti from the move) and it made his tummy rumbly. He was dehydrated and ABSOLUTELY not acting like himself AT ALL (hiding under the bed, growling, complaining if I reached far enough in to pet him)…. the only thing he was swallowing was his pills (and even then, it wasn’t easy)… he refused food and water…. I finally mixed a tiny bit of sugar into some fresh clear water in a completely clean glass bowl (hopefully no plasticky or soapy smells) and he sipped a LITTLE bit with my husband’s coaxing…. then I opened a packet of wet meow-mix (something we have lying around but don’t feed to OUR kitties) and he slurped the gravy out of that, which made me VERY relieved. I was resorting to bathing him to a) make him stink less and b) put some water on his fur so he’d feel compelled to lick it off, and maybe consume some.
He was finally snuggling in the bed again with us on that Monday… which was bad because his stinky swampybutt wasn’t gone yet… so that Monday night saw me washing all the linens that he’d left stinky little butt-prints on….
But he’s back to his goofy OMGLUVEVRYFING self now. *whew*!!

I’m doing pritteh well. Is heading toward fall here in Pennsylvania an I luvs teh fall! An mah kitteh-boi Dexter is such a sweet addition to owr liddel fambly! He is up to moar than 9 pownds, an only 5 months old!
He is such a luv sometimes (and sometimes a little bad too, to balance it owt). There is a chayr I sit in in our living room where Dexter likes to leep up an joyn me. I see him run toward me, an he narrows his eyes at me (like when they mayks teh luvvy eyes), and LEAPS into my arms! An then krawls awl teh way up to teh highest place on mah left sholder he kin get, an sits there, and snuggles up, and PURRZ! He duzzint always stay long, mostly justafewminnits. But is so good to have a kitteh bak in mah arms agin!
I thot when I lost mah Grem I wuld never be happeh agin, I luvved him so. But I luvs this noo boi now, too. I found myself thinking wun day last week – “Finally, I feel completely happy again.” Is a gud thing!

Now, where did the branium bone pieces go? There’s some over there under the bed. Rinse off the dust bunnies and glue the branium bones back together and place back on top of the branium cavity. Streeetch the skin back over and staple the edges down. Comb the fur back over to hide the staples, and then duck taype the whole thing. Put on a CHRG and duck tape that down. Now, just sit over here quietly and rest. Here is a nice cup of hot cocoa and some maraschino cherry chocolates to restore your energy, and a nice floofy blue blanky to keep you warm while you are recuperating. Hope you are feeling better soon. But maybe not until after the bus comes. Does splorting count as an acceptable sick excuse at your school?
