No. I e-mailed the new studio director last week and have not gotten a response yet. It doesn’t look promising. The new staff don’t have the resources to mount a production of that size, especially as the departing director had to “cash-in” all of the studio’s assets (ie. sets, rehearsal space, costumes, etc.) for his retirement…

We interrupt this thread to announce that on Wednesday, September 10, on the 4th lolcat of the day (see times below), will be the first ever (on this site anyway) ‘Dark and Stormy’ progressive story. The rules are simple:

The story begins ‘It was a dark and stormy night…’
Each person adds a paragraph or line
Responding to your own post is a no-no but multiple posting is encouraged
The story is limited to 50 entries, perhaps less if nesting becomes a problem
The last person to post must end the story

I will start the story and try to incorporate the lol posted. Beyond those mentioned above, there are no rules! It works best if you enter the paragraph number in your post so we can keep track of where we are. Don’t forget to ‘refresh’ (F5). Try to keep lols and comments within the story to a minimum in order to preserve the flow. And remember to use the ‘Reply to this comment’ feature so your post doesn’t get lost at the bottom of the page. WP may eat your post but don’t worry, it will likely show up later and still make sense!
