I has read that cinnamonn does something to…make right…insulin levels. Was on science reserch brakethrough news site, so could be useful info. Did not, sadly, give hints on dosage, etc. Half a tsp. per day? 1tblsp per day? Did not say. Perhaps worth doing a little Web-mining to find info?
