Srsly, she seems to be doing ok. Her inguinal mass had shrunk a little at the last chemo and she doesn’t seem to be hurting. She even tolerates Liam a little better these days, even though he still is a brat to her sometimes.

I hasta keep reminding Esme that she was eggsactly teh same way wif her Tuffy when she was Liam’s age. Tuffy was 3 times as big as Esme was, but in his last few years I always had to tell her to be gentle wif her kitteh.

When Esme goes for chemo I drop her off at teh vet clinic in the morning and pick her up in teh evening after work.
Teh preliminary bloodwork and actual chemo only take about a half-hour so she gets to hang out teh rest of teh time. Teh last time when I picked her up and they brang her out in her carrier she was all “O mommeh! It was turrible! I was here all by myself all day!” Teh vet tech said “Donut bleev her. She spended teh day sitting on teh vets’ laps when they was sitten at teh computer doin’ their reports.”

The onliest time Thelma had to stay obernite at the vet, she refyoosed to eat. When I came to pik her up she sawed me acrost the room, and meowed piteeouslee and paced the cage til I went over and petted her and onlee THEN did she start inhaling her fuds.
