*notices you’re into mythology and folklore. I grew up in a part of TTI that was controlled by the Brigantes, who put stone faces and flower murals by wells and rivers. People in the area still do the flower murals for the wells. I’ve a photo of one in the pics I’ve uploaded. The myths and legends behind them are fascinating.*

I once went on a vision quest in the California desert. At the head of the little side canyon where I had my camp, one large rock looked very much as if it had a face, and gave the impression that it was guarding the way. The whole area gave a shiver up the spine.
