Prayers goin up for you. May I recommend a great book that really helped me get throough my back surgery 3 weeks ago? It’s “Help Me To Heal” by Bernie Seagel. I really did bring a squirt gun and a noisemaker with me and it worked! And my doc loved all the sign I stuck up on the walls.

Best wishes for you, SAMS! That’s a long surgery but it will seem like just a moment for you. I had emergency surgery a few years ago and the surgeon was totally kyoot with a capital K. I didn’t mind seeing him for follow-up appointments afterwards!
