Teh good news is that teh mass has not gotten any larger and teh radiograph doesn’t show anything bad. I can’t tell u guise how worried I’ve been about both of those things.

I has to hide the carrier on the porch….. I carries the kitteh owt on the porch, and shuts the door, so if I doesnt get her in the carrier… there’s not reely anywhere to hide.
Plus, if they sees the carrier sittin arownd in the howse, the game’s alreddy on. It’s yooshully owt of site in the attick. So just seein it they noes sumthin’s up.
I have a one-BR lair. I have a terrace but it’s not completely walled in. I usually put one or both kittehs in teh baffroom, which is a excape-proof and hide-proof zone, then I close teh door to teh bedroom, which leaves only under the couch or under teh dining table for hiding, and I can reach under both if I have to. Then I get teh carrier(s) and open teh baffroom door slightly and grab whoever is right there, close teh door and put them into teh carrier. Lather, rinse, repeat until everyone is crated up.
Esme’s been going to teh vet so much these past few months for her surgery and chemo and stuff that I’ve just left her carrier out and so she’s pretty much used to it. I just have to get her when she’s out from under her usual morning spot under the couch and spring the carrier on her. As long as she gets her morning combing, she’s my girl.
