Iffen worst comes to worst, a frend of myne in SC, in North Charleston, runs teh Careadobe cat and doberman rescue shelter. Most of the kittehs I’ve rescued have gone to her. I don’t know what the coverage area is for P.A.W.S., but they’re fairly good – and usually very full, which is a problem. Both are no-kill, and in the case of Careadobe, the kitths get a LOT of personal attention.
