Do you have breadcrumbs on hand? I find for chicken or turkey or fish, I can season with salt & pepper, dunk in egg, coat in breadcrumbs (seasoned, if you want - or even plain), then sautee in a little olive oil or vegetable oil. Maybe it would work for your porkchops too?
