PB2K, I’m wondering about the eating thing. Do you feel sick when you try to eat or you just don’t have an appetite? If it’s the latter, try to have little snackies around that you can sort of absently munch on. Things like nuts and trail mix are really good because they are full of protein. I was having a really hard time eating earlier this year and in the fall (see my latest post on the cheezfrenz site) and my mom gave me some tips (she works w/ students w/ eating disorders a lot. I didn’t have an eating disorder, but I needed the same advice, had to get back into the habit of eating). Mainly she said, try to eat things that give you the most ‘bang for your buck’ so try to pick proteiny stuff over empty calories, that kind of thing.
