yep, thats a california King alright. i have two as pets. =)
this one is a “desert phase” calfornia king. there are also “banana phase,” which have the same pattern in dark brown and bright yellow instead of black and white. im fortunate enough to have one of each.

The thing is, they can be FORCED to make the accommodation. If you’ve gotten an IEP, and a diagnosis, they HAVE to accommodate under the ADA. Our teenytiny school district was small, but the ADA was DEFINITELY our friend. We finally got to the point where we had an aide going with him to all his classes. (I called her the “Porta-Mom!) Carmen was a big help—because the kids who were picking fights w/Josh just to see him go up in a puff of smoke now knew they were going to get caught! If you weren’t leaving the school district, you could have a little fun with them. But you are, and thanks to the new rules, all that goes with the kids anymore is the grades. There IS no more Permanent Record Card! Woohoo! (That would have been nice when altosinger wuz a kitten…!)

hai there!!! ai ees back!! at leest until I get a new programming assignment. But going back to teh tawpic at paw, een mai data structures class, we recently had a a vewwy nasty test, awlmost nobunny finishded! an looking bak over eet, there were several badly dun questions, in fact, ai lost about twenny points becuz ai wuz reeding teh prawblums kwickly an ai answered a hole set of questions wrong becuz of this, he also used functions in his answers dat we din’t kno we culd use! an he refuses to believe dat the low average (about 65) ees in enny way due to the test etself! he beleeves dat teh class duzzent unnerstand pointers! (which we sorta do, dey’re tricky)
