I have a framed original Pogo Strip sinked and signed by Walt Kelly. It was a gift to my grandfather. In the pogo strips there was often a pram a small boatp that the characters would employ to move about the Okeefenokeee and Mr Kelly would often Christen the boat with the names of his friends and I have the strip in which my grandfathers name is shown on the boat. On the side of the boat in panel 3 it says ‘good old bob’ and on the transom in in the final frame it says ‘SS Bob Voorhees’.
