I fink that now meet is only supposed to be given up for Lent, or it cud be anuther sakrifice (like give up smoking, etc.).

Mai huzband and I eats very few meet substitoots while fasting (except for da vegi-burgers), but I know others that I call “The Qweens of Soy” they uses da soy beef, da soy chikken, da soy milk and da soy cheeze….akshually, I think it gets soy disgusteeng.
