If we weren’t writing the comments in LOLcat there probably woudn’t be anything close to 100 comments – because nobody would want to write them. The fun wouldn’t be there.

You certainly aren’t the only one – but I must say, I have never understood why anyone would come along and complain that the comments are written in LOLcat – because that is what this site is all about. It happens so often, in fact, that you are officially a Troll #6!! actually, you have done this very nicely, so you aren’t really a troll at all. Many are quite rude.

And some of our people prefer to write in plain English. That is all right, too.

I would recommend that you keep trying to read it. It becomes easier the more you do it – like learning a second language – which in many ways it is. You will be richly rewarded, I think.

Of course, not every thread is funny. But enough of them are laugh out loud funny that wading through the lesser materials is a small price to pay. I myself, alas, am not very funny. I sort of play the straight man and cheerleader. But many of the people here are sheerly brilliant. I don’t thing you will find a funnier group of people gathered together like this any where else upon the face of the earth.
