Devilled kidneys - I use a cheats version of Escoffier’s recipe, but basically kidneys braised in a chilli gravy.
Potato scones - Scones made with potato, and about as thin as crepes. There’s probably a recipe out there if you Google something like potato scones and Scottish (or Irish) recipes.
