I did work on it a few years as my son wuz in peeano lessons. I sat in on teh lessons and I practiced teh assignments, too. But I could only get to a certin poynt becuz my finggers aren’t that co-ordinated. And I am not used to reading several notes at a time (chords), because in band, we only play one note at a thyme! I played trumpet in school, because I wanted to be in band, and that wus teh cheepest instrument in the store taht day (tight-wad dad). I fink I’m going to take up French horn now. I picked it out alreddy (expensive bugger!), and I can’t wate!

musicians rool; cuz musik is cool; I sat on a stool, and played trumpet in skool. (My horn’s full of drool)

hai, kitkay! glad we catched each other. Many adults get a great deal of pleasure learning to play the piano, even when starting in “retirement age”. I have 2 women students over the age of mumumumble mumbleleemumble , both beginners and are both doing splendidly. And, they didn’t know each other before meeting between their consecutive lessons one day, adn have become fast friends adn partners in crime, terrorizing the surrounding area with their escapades.

So, you might want to consider such an adventure for yourself! Its good therapy for many things.

We hab notissed sumthin odd abowt Esme kitteh…. she doesnt eat anythin cept her kitteh fud. She will lap up tuna juice, but she leeves teh little tuna scraps, she drinks water and hubby’s icy T, but teh only fud she eats is her kibble. She stil begs alla time, but tehn jest luks at it.
