Yes, you might. I wasn’t sure you were talking to me - hard to follow the thread down. Elfnugget (Elfie) has rescued a kitty she found dragging itself along the side of the road. The kitty captured her heart by his very apparent gratefulness and happiness at being rescued. His injuries (including being shot by a pellet gun) were very severe and involved operations and a lengthy hospitalization - the total bill, for this kitty she didn’t even know, came to around $2,100.

Elfie doesn’t want to do this herself. . .because, it is somewhat embarrassing to ask other people for money. But to me, she is a genuine heroine. She took on this responsiblity out of the sheer love of cats, something all of us here share.

I’ve always had to cut and paste the notes from comments preview on another site by entering ♫ and then previewing the comment.
You can also save ‘♫′ as a in a text file with an .htm extension and open the file with firefox, then cut and paste.
