I can imagine it does get very cold there! Southern California Winters still involve it being very sunny, with the occasional rainy day or too, but it's mostly warm-warmish weather. But yes, he's very good about finding a warm place if he wants to. The breeder told us that if we were going to take him outside for long periods of time, to put sunscreen on him. But all we ever do is let him explore the yard- he likes chasing birds or sniffing at insects, but all under the protective custody of his harness. XD Oh wow, Munich! He'll curl up in one of our laps, or burrow under the blankets if he needs to. Good point about the sunburn.
