Actually, we do not get cats out of trees unless there is a good reason, only a smaller rural department would do it no questions asked. Most larger city departments do not have the time to be getting cats out of trees, animal control handles those calls. We can respond to upwards of 30 calls a day in just medical and fire responses, we can’t afford to take a truck out of service to rescue a cat that will come down eventually when it gets hungry.

Yes, i do work for a fire department and no, i won’t say which one.

I once had a Dalmation and he wus afraid ob everyting. He would charge at other animals but he rlly wus a wuss, because he was rly trying to cover-up hiz scared. He co-exited, coeist–lived in our haus with R shy kally-koe kat, but onlee becuz teh kitteh stayed in 1 rume (the Master br) away from the googie. Goggie wud charge at himz, if he kame owt, but rly himz iz a big chiggin. (shyy kitteh no minez hiding in b.r. awl day)

Well, den we adopted a (veddy well-manered) stray Tiggger kitteh, himz knot afrayded of teh big spotty dawg. He naugt fite wit deh goggie, either, but rathur juz sat on da L.R. flour. So himz jus chillin and lickin hiz fingers, and Spot (names R changed to protect the guilty (Rest his Sole) ) B all nervous, den tigger runs up to goggie, goggie runz awai, an he does a doo-doo as he runs! At thad momment, Aye unnerstand it meens to have the **** scared owt of U.
