it’s not a hard an fast rulez. It needs 4.5 to 5 burger ratings and has to has signifixantly moar votes than its neighbors of pix wif simular ratings (like twice as much or moar). Oh, and funneh. It has to be funneh. Or clever. We loves clever.

I’m confused about the factory, the voting web site, and the main ICHC web site. What is the process of creating a lolcat and getting it onto ICHC? I thought I create at the factory, it will show up for voting soon after, then it will go to ICHC if it got enough votes.
But I have made 2-3 lolcats (2 lolcats, 1 lolcatbunny) and they never show up on voting site. Why is that?
Just trying to understand…
