Jasper’s 9. I got him from a shelter when he was 8. He’s my bud.

He likes to lick plastic grocery bags and drink from the bathroom tap. He also LOOOVES the railway ties that my neighbours use around their flower beds.

I took pictures of Jasper in front of the computer monitor with this photo on it and sent it to everyone I know. So proud.

There are three engineers in a space ship: an electrical engineer, a chemical engineer and a Microsoft engineer. Suddenly the space ship just stops in the middle of space and the three engineers look at each other wondering what could be wrong.

The electrical engineer suggests stripping down the electronics of the space ship and trying to trace where a fault might have occurred.

The chemical engineer, not knowing much about cars, suggests that maybe the fuel is becoming emulsified and getting blocked somewhere.

Then, the Microsoft engineer, not knowing much about anything, comes up with a suggestion, “Why don’t we close all the windows, get out, get back in, open the windows again, and maybe it’ll work?”

A helicopter was flying around above Seattle when an electrical
malfunction disabled all of the aircraft’s electronic navigation and
communications equipment.

Due to the clouds and haze, the pilot could not determine the
helicopter’s position. The pilot saw a tall building, flew toward it,
circled, and held up a handwritten sign that said “WHERE AM I?” in
large letters. People in the tall building quickly responded to the
aircraft, drew a large sign, and held it in a building window. Their
sign said “YOU ARE IN A HELICOPTER.”

The pilot smiled, waved, looked at his map, determined the course
to steer to SEATAC airport, and landed safely. After they were on
the ground, the copilot asked the pilot how he had done it.

“Well, they gave me a correct, but obvious and useless answer.
So I knew it had to be the Microsoft Building.”
