At my mumma’s howz, we used to have znayk in da bazemint. Old farmhowz, bazemint wuz durt and kreepy wif zpydarz and krawlyz… but znayk iz ok. Him wuz a blak ratznayk, mebby 5 feetz lawng. When znayk not der, we had mowzy problim. When znayk der, NO MOWZY PROBLIM EVAR. Him livd in da bazemint duringz da wintur, him have VARY gud eetingz, sinc der be lawtz of mouzyz in wintur.

We nevar see da znayk, cept wun tyme. Sumtymez we fynd zhed skinz, but never sawd da znayk.

I fink znayk iz bezt solushin to any mowzy probim. Juz git znayk. Znayk tayk karez of evryfing, u not needs to werry. Znaykz vaary shy, wunt to hyde. Dey no lyk be bothard. Not zkary at awl.

We has a hole on side of howse what needed tuckpoyntingz. Burrdeez (okay, I HOPE it just burrdeez–not no raccoonzez or puppi-size ratses or nopossums) builded nesteses in hole. Now SnickaKitteh sits on floor, strait underneath where hole is…..an just starez at wall, an MEOWZ. Sumtimes him sniffs, too–lyke mebbe somebody tasty on other syde, if onleez kitteh could get thru drywallz.

It’s not supposed to bother cats and dogs, just rodents and buggies.

My advice: google “ultrasonic pest control” or something and see what comes up … you can also look at like Lowes.com or Homedepot.com for info. Honestly, this one didn’t work at alll, that rat sat RIGHT ON IT and snacked away!!

I finally set humane traps and had a pest-control service come remove the rats. They took them live, but I can’t speak for what happened to them later.

You can catch mousies in a 3 gallon bucket too (not the lolrus’s bucket, i hope). All you has to do is put a sheet of paper on top of the bucket with a blob of peanut butter mixed with birdseed in the middle of it. Now prop an 18″ ruler against the bucket. That’s all. Next morning, you got a mousie (maybe more than one) in your bucket. Take them to the nearest field and set them free. OK so maybe you catch the same mousie over & over, but no traps, no sticky stuff, and no poison. Makes everybody happy. kthxbye.
