This is literally 10 minutes from where I live, omg it must be pretty old pictures though, the buses don’t look like that anymore and the 33 route doesn’t run to Willenhall anymore.

So not in London. It’s a Travel West Midlands bus, and Willenhall is between Wolverhampton and Walsall, just north of Birmingham.
