Other creations by said internet goers are the “Roflcopter” and the “Roflmaool”.

    ex:

    1. The lolrus is still desperately attemtping to retrieve his bukkit.
    2. Person 1: …and the farmer said, “Thats not a cow, thats my wife!”
    Internet Goer: Lolrus!

    n. A sea lion, seal, or walrus that takes amusing actions. Often the victim of bucket theft; often attempts to steal or recover buckets.

  20. saintpikachu says:

    Lolrus (lawl-russ) – noun

    1. One of any number of hefty, anthropomorphized water mammals with an unfortunate vulnerability to theft. The lolcat of the sea.

ex. LOLRUS R LIIKE FATTY LOLCAT WIF PUSHBROOM FACE BUT NOES BUCKITS!!1!!

  21. Melissa says:

    Lolrus(lawl- RUS) nown
A BEEG FATTY WIF NO BUKITS!

  22. WhatLadder says:

Urban Dictionary has lolcat, so maybe a definition that has a cross-reference?

A lolcat picture featuring any of the collection of pinniped, waterborne animals: sealion, walrus, seal, manatee, and sometimes a dolphin (aka lolphin). Lolrus pictures often incorporate references to the lorus’ bucket.

“Line is foar new bucket?” is a good example of a lolrus.

Note: Lolcat pictures referring to the lolrus bucket are increasingly common.

  23. 200monkeys says:

    lolrus
n.- Any seabourne mammal (discluding whales) that is, usually due to theft, without a bucket it so dearly desires. Boxes, Crates, and Feeders do not please lolrus’ in their natural habitat, the zoo. When a bucket is stolen from such a being, they are thrown into a genital-attacking frenzy.

  24. Pete says:

dude.. elfnuggets is the worst abuser of kitteh talk. I mod all his stuff down.

  25. Elfnow says:

Lol, Pete, you know nothing of teh Elfinugget.

  28. [...] lolrus – see the lolrus definishens turnament [...]

  29. Songdog says:

    Lolrus (loll-russ, n)
Loud aquatic mammal that lolls on rocks and wet cement. Males of species quickly learn that servants bring fish in buckets and that loss of one’s security bucket signals lost honour leading to a restricted diet, lost buoyancy, and impending doom.

  30. Justine says:

I’ve got to get squarely behind saintpikachu’s “Lolcat of the sea.” I agree with WhatLadder that riding on the coattails of Lolcat is the way into the Urban Dictionary.

  31. saintpikachu’s “Lolcat of the sea” = genius. Short and precise. I don’t think it can be beaten, really.

  32. Blossom says:

I don’t think I get it… do we rate the definitions, or just click a random burger in the rating thing and total up the votes?
