[y halo there, chz] Adam, most of the sites that we pull images off of don’t credit the photos or cappers. Or if someone sends in photos that THEY pulled off of some random site they might not credit it correctly because they didn’t have that info [or they lies!, cheez, lol]. THIS IS THE INTERNETS [INTERTUBES, chz]. there are files floating around that are almost impossible to track back to their original source [4chan, fazed, my grandma, chz].

If we pull an image directly from someone’s lolcat page, flickr, facebook etc. we give credit [to the source of the site we locate the image, chz]. If we don’t have that info and someone asks for credit, we add it [you could be lyin', but it's cool plz don't yell at uz, chz].

If you want us to remove every image that you have made [capped -- no adam?, chz] that has somehow ended up on this site [icanhascheezburgler?, chz], please email a list [plz not make it long, chz] to us and we’ll do so [as soon as our paws can type, so mebbe 3-4 weeks, k, chz].

I know that I, for one, often wonder who took and/or captioned a picture. The only submission I’ve sent in was a ps of two pictures (both of which I credited as best I could with the sites on which I found them) and my own caption.

Tofu’s right, it’s nigh impossible to find the original source of a pic on the internet… and you mention that these are photos that you manipulated not photos that you actually took… upon viewing your collection, I don’t see any image credits at all. For ANY of them.

We got it from an episode of Anthony Bourdain “No Reservations”…. He’s in Vietnam, and his guide takes him to a road-side diner-type place where they’re whacking up some kind of really stringy weird meat…

When Anthony asks what’s on the menu, the guide says, “oahhhh, I uhhh, I fink it a squeezle.” And Anthony says, ” WTF IS A SQUEEZLE?? I couldn’t get anything else out of him except that it’s some kind of small woodland creature”….

Our one kitty, Serenity, is one of those short-fat torbies, the equivalent of a 5′2″ 150-lb girl… not obese or even that FAT, just… you know, curvy and pudgy and really cute. Serenity is also an insistant / persistant lapcat and has the softest fur and the cutest trill-purr. “Squeezle” just fits her so well. I call Kismet “Miffy” (like the children’s books w/ the bunny) and Bastien is “luvaboi” b/c he’s my bedtime snugglemuffin.

I luvs me some Squeezle. Is grate wurd. My Annie kitteh is long, BIG
tortie. She lykes to be petted, but not picked up or held. She sits on lap
sumetimes, if is HER idea. But she is my Baby at nite. She lays right up
next to me and PURRS. And if I turn over, she lays up against my bak.
so warm and hevvy. Is very nice for sleeping. But with Fergus in there, too,
Mike sometimes almost falls owt of bed. hehehehehehehe. But he reely lykes
the fambly bed. He reeches over me to pet the Annie-girl.
