This is from a group of pictures called “Baffle vs. the Crocodile”, first seen on http://www.cuteoverload.com – and if I remember correctly, they were found on someone’s blog who was quite upset about his kitten’s sudden rocket to fame. The pictures were all incredible, quite the acrobatic kitten.

Actually, Baffle Vs. The Crocodile is a series of online pics on what appears to be a shutterfly-type service.
I looked at them. 
Looks like Baffle was a stray kitten found in an alley in Egypt by his humans… fed and cared for and now grow’d up into a big croc-rasslin’ kitteh. 
As long as credit and links keep feeding back to the original pic site (and not Cute Overload), I think it should all be good.

Credit is mostly Dmitry G’s (and ChickHawk for the DO NOT WANT, which in turn came from some Chinese movie pirate with sub-par Engrish). Cute O is just another place Baffle showed up; see my comment upthread.

Sorry, eowyn_2, but unfortunately you do not remember correctly. I was actually quite pleased and amused when Baffle broke out on CO. So your disdain for “dum n00bs” is a bit misplaced here. But let me respond to your comment anyway. There is a big difference between people “looking at pictures you post on the internet” and people taking a picture from your site and posting it on theirs without any credit or attribution. Which is something that happens a lot, and I’m not too uptight about it in this case. But I still appreciate people like Teho who take the time and effort to point out the original source.

Baffle is one of the best kittens ever, evidenced by Dmitry’s galleries, which rock very hard.
Wow, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to stir up all kinds of controversy. I was unclear, and apparently misinformed.
What I meant was that Baffle was first *featured* on CO, as in someplace other than Dimitry’s blog. There’s also a link off of CO directly to Dimitry’s great pictures, which I assumed sufficed for a credit. I was wrong, sorry.
Honestly, I started my post when there were just a few comments and posted it several hours later when I came back from doing other stuff. I didn’t realize that a bunch of people had already ID’ed Baffle, so my comment was pretty extraneous anyway.
Sorry for the misunderstanding.
